Candidate Confidentiality Policy for Assessments
- All assessments organised by, or on behalf of, Maven Securities (“Maven”) are highly confidential and contain proprietary intellectual property. This policy applies to all candidates participating in the Maven recruitment process.
- To protect the integrity of Maven’s assessment process, candidates must strictly adhere to the following rules before, during, and after any assessment:
- No Duplication: Candidates must not copy, photograph, record, reproduce, share, or retain any assessment content, questions, or materials in any format (including inputting content into Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) tools or other software).
- No Disclosure: Candidates must not discuss, share, or disclose any assessment content with any other person or AI platform, nor post about it on any website, public forum, or social media platform.
- Secure and Independent Environment: Candidates are responsible for taking the assessment independently and in a private environment that preserves the confidentiality of the materials. The assessment must be completed without assistance from any other person, AI tool, or unauthorised software.
- Before commencing an assessment, every candidate will be required to formally sign or accept a confidentiality agreement binding them to these terms.
- Failure to comply with this policy, or participating in any activity that could result in an unfair advantage for the candidate or any other person (whether intentional or not), will be treated seriously. Maven and its third-party assessment providers reserve the right to take action including, but not limited to:
- Immediate withdrawal of the candidate’s application.
- Revocation of any offer, or termination, of employment.
- Permanent disqualification from future roles at Maven.
- Legal action, including seeking injunctive relief and bringing claims for copyright infringement and/or breach of contract.
- These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.
Maven Securities Candidate Confidentiality Agreement
In consideration of being permitted to participate in any necessary assessment(s) and continue in the Maven Securities (“Maven”) recruitment process, I confirm and agree to the following:
- I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the provisions of the Maven Securities Candidate Confidentiality Policy.
- I acknowledge that all assessment content, questions, and materials are strictly confidential and are the intellectual property of Maven or its third-party providers.
- I will participate in the assessment(s) entirely independently, without assistance from any other person or Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) tool, and in a private environment.
- I will not copy, photograph, record, reproduce, or share any assessment content, questions, or materials in any format (including inputting content into AI tools).
- I will not disclose to, or discuss with, any other party or AI platform any of the assessment content, questions, or materials, nor share them on any forum.
