Market making involves buying and selling financial products, allowing market participants to trade with us whenever they want to via exchanges. This is commonly known as liquidity provision and is an important service provided by our teams. We offer regular entry to Emerging Talent Programmes for our Market Making teams. With dedicated trainers and a clear curriculum, you will receive market-leading instruction and support, whilst you learn to be a Trader.
Applications for our Graduate & Intern Programmes are now closed.
Maven’s Work Experience Programme gives Year 12 and 13 students a first-hand look at life at Maven across 1 week in our London office. You'll develop key employability skills, practice interviews, and work on a short-term project while shadowing professionals in one of our business areas.
Designed for students with little to no work experience, this programme offers valuable career insights in a supportive, collaborative environment. While you'll have the chance to network across the business, including with Trading teams, this is not a Trading-focused programme.
When applying for any of our roles, make sure you have carefully read the job description and meet the requirements for the role.
We can only accept your application for one of our Emerging Talent programmes, please make sure that you only apply for the one you would like to be considered for.
