Maven is an outstanding place to work.  The firm has a terrific culture, which makes it very easy to be productive, to grow and to learn.

Having spent many years working for very large firms, I find it remarkable how little friction there is getting things done.  One doesn’t feel like you’re fighting against anything, whether it’s bureaucracy, legacy systems or competing agendas. Efforts produce results.

Developers sit adjacent to trading.  We work in small teams with complete ownership of our tech stacks.  Combined with high engineering standards, this allows one to rapidly respond to opportunities.  It isn’t long from spotting such a chance, to seeing your software generating new revenue.

In my time here, I’ve been constantly learning and seeing my work make an impact.  Surrounded by smart, decent people – it’s a great place to be!
