Maven are proud to partner with the following organisations, making significant impact on levelling the playing field for all:

Talent Foundry: Offering 6th form students across the UK from underrepresented and low income backgrounds coaching, work experience & employability skills.

Wiser: Reaching diverse undergraduate talent for our Graduate & Intern roles & partnering on pipeline programs focused on underrepresented talent (University, Degree, Gender, Ethnicity).

Tintagel Tutoring: Providing Maths tutoring for 11+ to secure secondary school grades.

Aon: Gender Pay Gap Analysis.

Moving Ahead: Global firmwide Mentoring Program. Internal Accelerate Program (Lead) for diverse talent within our underrepresented groups to progress into leadership roles at Maven.

MyPlus Consulting: Training & tools to ensure we are disability confident in our strategy and recruitment processes. With their support, we are able to better our business with an inclusive workplace, which offers equal opportunity to all.

Rare Recruitment: Social mobility-focused recruitment firm, partnering with Maven to use their Contextual Recruitment System to support our DE&I mission and ensure an inclusive recruitment process.

Blackbullion: The financial wellbeing platform and app equipping students with money skills for life. The platform also houses the UK’s largest hub of support funds, scholarships and grants for students. Success should be determined by ability, regardless of socio-economic background and we are committed to supporting students from all backgrounds to reach their potential.’
